To the west of Mont-Ventoux , Sablet is at the foot of the Dentelles . Built on a mound in the middle of the plain Comtadine, Sablet is a Provencal village, authentic with its narrow streets covered passageways with exposed beams, fountains, houses huddled around the steeple of the Church of St. Nazaire (twelfth century).
