At the beginning of the path of lavender, just dip into the history of a flower, all its beauties and scents ... The traditional distillery, built in 1947 on the family farm, works with a lavender straw home for production steam which is used to extract the essential oils.

Free and commented demonstrations during harvest in July and August, daily from 10am to 12pm and from 14pm to 18pm except Sundays and August 15 is the day of the Lavender festival in Sault. Educational materials imagent the distillation process. Visits in April, May, June and September, October and November every Wednesday at 11 am, Friday and Saturday at 14h reservation at 04.90.64.01.21 (OT Sault). Other days and groups visits by appointment only. Direct sale of essential oils of lavender and lavender from our production throughout the year. Opening period April to October
