Here, even in winter, the coffee terraces are pleasant and one can admire there the célèbrissime Promenade of the English, always impeccably flowered, going along the curve of Bay of the Angels, with side, the many beaches and other the luxurious hotels whose de luxe hotel celebrates it: Negresco.

It is while strolling in the Nice old man, with his picturesque lanes, its frontages with the colors ochres declined until the yellows or reds which you will discover the personality of Nicois. Proud of their past of independence, Nicois have their own language (Nissart) and a typical kitchen with recorded savours, with the image of their famous carnival: Pissaladières (tarts with onions, anchovies, olives), Ratatouille (tomatos, aubergines, zucchinis) or Side Bagnat (bread furnished with vegetables) or Salad Niçoise, the whole always liberally are sprinkled with olive oil and are furnished with olives niçoises (petrels) which are small and black.
Nice is also a town of arts and culture, after Paris it is the city which counts the most museums. The city is animated of day like night with in estival period Nice Jazz festival in the superb arenas and the gardens of Cimiez, the battle of flowers on the Walk of the English launched by the prettiest girls of the Riviera.
