Bordering in the Drôme, Entrechaux, is situated in the confluence of the river of Ouvèze and Toulourenc, on the road of the princes " Intercallis " which marks the beginning of High Provence. You will discover to it a magnificent nature deserving of the most beautiful picture postcards of Provence.

Former(ancient) Celtic village, then Roman, then placed under the papal authority from 1274 till 1791, Entrechaux fief of high justice is bound(connected) to all the animated history of Comtat Venaissin. It is today a small quiet village with essentially agricultural vocation: asparaguses, cherries, melon, apricots and grapes.

Perched on a rocky hook in 280 metres in height, Entrechaux's castle is hung on(collided) majestically on the heights of the village. This one was acquired(bought back) by a private individual who organizes every year to restore him(it), trainings of stony size. Numerous persons participate in it to learn the techniques of antan.
