Sit of a priory founded into 960 by the queen Berthe, Antonaves is today only one very small village on the "road of the fruits and the wines", posed like a "balcony" on the plain of Buëch.

Built on a height, fixed on the mountain of Cyr Saint, to secure risings dévastatrices of Méouge - and to see coming the enemy, at the time medieval - Antonaves forms, by far, a beautiful harmonious unit, in a quiet environment, with the good air: decorated several fountains and laundrette and of a pretty small church with wall-belfry, Antonaves profits from a unspoilable view on the impressive fortress of Mison.
