The site of Cham of the Bungs (150 funerary menhirs and 30 hillocks) constitutes the 2nd megalithic concentration in Europe after that of Carnac (Brittany)

There are at least 4.000 years these heavy stones which are out of granite, in fact, summer transferred onto kilometers then planted there, on this calcareous zone.

The path of the menhirs

Close to the Collar of Montmirat the departure of the path of the menhirs is. During 2 hours (advised route) or over one day (for the informed hikers) you will discover many megaliths.

The departure is with the crossing of D35 (road of the Collar to the Bridge of Montvert) and of the road of the hamlet of Combes
